Cancellation Policy
THE SERPENT SAGE — DEFAULT SERVICE POLICY By booking any service with The Serpent Sage, you agree to the following terms in full. PAYMENT All services require full payment at time of booking. Your spot is not reserved until payment is received. All prices are in USD and non-negotiable. NO REFUNDS All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including change of mind, illness, or scheduling conflicts. By completing your booking, you confirm you have read and accepted this policy. RESCHEDULING Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability at the sole discretion of The Serpent Sage. Group and cohort sessions cannot be rescheduled individually. NO-SHOW FEE Failure to attend without 48 hours notice will result in a $50 no-show fee charged to the payment method on file. The session will be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in being permanently restricted from future bookings. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content and materials created or provided by The Serpent Sage — including worksheets, PDFs, digital handouts, guided ritual materials, healing methods, protocols, recordings, and curriculum — are the exclusive intellectual property of The Serpent Sage, protected under U.S. copyright and Michigan law. Clients receive a limited, personal-use license only. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, record, teach, sell, or create derivative works from any materials or methods without prior written consent. Violations will result in immediate termination of services and may result in legal action. CONFIDENTIALITY All client information is kept strictly confidential. Clients in group settings must not share other participants' personal disclosures outside of the group. HEALTH DISCLAIMER Services offered by The Serpent Sage are not medical treatment. You participate voluntarily and accept full personal responsibility for your experience and outcomes. CONDUCT Disrespectful behavior, unauthorized recording, or misrepresentation of health information may result in immediate removal without refund. GOVERNING LAW This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Michigan. The Serpent Sage reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued booking constitutes acceptance of current terms.
