Shipping Policy

The Serpent Sage ™  ("we," "us," or "our") ships physical products from our facility in Michigan, USA. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your orders placed through www.theserpentsage.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting with the updated "Effective Date" above.

This policy complies with U.S. federal regulations (including FTC mail-order rules) and Michigan consumer protection laws (MCL 445.901 et seq.).

1. Shipping Schedule – Bi-Weekly Batches

We ship once every two weeks on the following fixed days:

Batch #Order Cut-Off (11:59 PM EST)

Ships On

1st of the month & 15th of the month 

  • Example: Order placed on March 14 → ships March 17. Order placed on March 16 → ships April 3.

  • Holidays: If the ship date falls on a U.S. federal holiday or weekend, we ship the next business day.

  • No rush or expedited shipping is available.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing: 1–3 business days after the batch cut-off.

  • Packing & Hand-off to Carrier: On the designated ship date.

  • Total time from order to carrier: Up to 17 days (worst case: order placed day after cut-off).

  • Rates are flat (not weight-based).

  • No P.O. Boxes for orders over $150 (use physical address).

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  1. Order Confirmation Email: Sent instantly.

  2. Batch Reminder Email: 24 hours before cut-off.

  3. Shipping Confirmation: Sent on ship date with tracking link.

Check your spam/junk folder if emails are missing.

6. Address Accuracy

  • You are 100% responsible for correct shipping address.

  • Incorrect address → package returned → $10 re-ship fee + any return postage.

  • No refunds for undeliverable packages due to your error.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damned Packages

Carrier insurance covers up to $100. Higher-value orders are insured separately.

8. Non-Shippable Items

The following do not ship and are digital-only:

  • eBooks, courses, templates, software

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized digital items

9. Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • Pre-order items: Ship in the next available batch after release.

  • Backordered items: Ship in the next batch after restock. You’ll receive email updates.

10. Cancellations & Changes

  • Before cut-off: Cancel or modify free via account or email.

  • After cut-off: No changes — order ships in current batch.

  • After shipping: See Refund Policy.

11. International Shipping

We do not ship outside the United States. Customs, duties, and taxes are not applicable.
